תפקידי מיקום וניהול משתמשים באפליקציית האינטרנט SmartSense

Learn about the relationship between Users and Location Roles. Location Roles allow for quick and easy assignment of alarm notifications, ensuring Users are properly notified at the correct time via correct notification type (SMS, phone, and/or email).

How to create a new user

  1. To get started, navigate to the admin tab and select user management.
    ​

    Admin > User Management.png

  2. In the right corner, select + create new user.
    ​

  3. בעת יצירה/עריכה של משתמש חדש או קיים, ציין מיקום ותפקיד מיקום עבור משתמש זה.

    • In the assigned to location field, use the + button to locate the level of the organization the user needs alerts.

    • Additional + buttons may appear as you drill down to the desired location or department.

      ​Note: Leadership users may want to receive notifications for multiple locations or departments, and specialized teams may want to receive them for the whole organization.

  5. תפקיד המיקום מאפשר לך לציין מתי וכיצד משתמש מקבל הודעה על התראות במיקומים שנבחרו.

  6. In the above example, test user is configured to be notified for the location role of “Operator” at the assigned to location (Boston).

  7. A user should have all necessary contact information to ensure the successful delivery of all notifications.

Asset alarms & location roles

  1. Navigate to admin > organization management > asset alarms. Asset alarms determine when and how users with the assigned Location Role will be notified.

  2. In the test alarm configuration, you can see when/how the Operator will be notified.

  3. ברגע שהטמפרטורה עולה מעל 100 מעלות פרנהייט לקריאה אחת, המפעיל יקבל הודעה באמצעות דוא"ל ו- SMS.

    • Providing an email address and SMS number ensures that the Operator will successfully receive both notifications.

    • כל משתמש שתפקיד מיקום המפעיל שהוקצה לו יקבל הודעה הן בדוא"ל והן ב-SMS.

  4. אם האופרטור של מיקום זה משתנה או עובר למיקום אחר, ערוך את המשתמש כך שישקף שינויים אלה על-ידי:

    • Selecting the new Location for the user and/or
