Enter your credentials, then tap log in.

You should now be on the home screen. Select the incidents tile to view all incidents.
Select the incident you would like to acknowledge.
You will see the summary of the incident. Select the acknowledge button next to the alarm icon.
יופיע חלון קופץ. פעל לפי ההוראות המופיעות על המסך והשלים את כל המשימות הקשורות להתראה.
Select submit to acknowledge the alarm. A blue banner will appear at the top of the screen confirming all alarms acknowledged.
